Amazon has expanded its health care services to include a variety of options aimed at simplifying personal health management. The company offers primary care, virtual care, and pharmacy services, focusing on accessibility and convenience for users.

For Prime members, Amazon has introduced new treatment options for conditions such as hair loss and erectile dysfunction. These services are available at competitive monthly rates. “We’re making what should be easy in health care easier,” the company states, emphasizing the importance of everyday health considerations beyond traditional doctor visits.

One of the key offerings is Amazon One Medical, which provides both in-person and virtual primary care. Members can access preventive care, chronic illness management, and more through this service. The cost for Prime members is $9 per month or $99 annually, with additional family members added at reduced rates. Customers have praised the service for its efficiency and professionalism: “Best office visit ever. No waiting, doctor listened… Love the professionalism and competency.”

Amazon also offers a pay-per-visit option for those needing quick treatment for common conditions like acne or sinus infections. This service allows users to book telehealth consultations easily via Amazon’s platform without requiring insurance coverage.

Amazon Pharmacy delivers medications directly to customers’ doors with 24/7 pharmacist access and upfront pricing. It accepts most insurance plans and provides various savings options for Prime members. Customer feedback highlights satisfaction with stock availability and fast delivery: “I signed up for the Amazon pharmacy about 2 months ago and have absolutely LOVED it.”

Additionally, Amazon’s Health Benefits Connector helps users discover digital health programs that may be available at no cost or minimal co-pay through partnerships with companies like Hinge Health and Teladoc Health.
