Amazon announced on May 13 the return of Made in Italy Days, a week-long event running from May 13 to May 19, featuring exclusive offers on a wide range of Italian-made products available at amazon.it/madeinitalydays.

The initiative highlights Amazon’s Made in Italy storefront, which aims to promote the work of small and medium-sized Italian businesses both nationally and internationally. The storefront is now present on Amazon’s online stores in eleven countries, including France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Belgium, Sweden, Poland and the Netherlands. More than three million products from over 5,500 Italian companies are featured. Since 2019, Amazon has also worked with Agenzia ICE across eight countries to promote these businesses globally. This partnership has involved more than 2,800 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), making over 650,000 new Made in Italy products available to customers worldwide.

“We are proud to renew this year’s appointment with Made in Italy Days,” said Ilaria Zanelotti, Director of Selling Partner Services for Amazon.it. “This initiative puts quality and craftsmanship that distinguish Italian SMEs at the forefront. Through our dedicated storefront on Amazon.it we continue to offer customers in Italy and abroad the opportunity to discover typical products that express local territories and traditions. This week of exclusive offers is a key moment for enhancing our companies’ talent and making the best of our country even more accessible.”

To showcase Italian craftsmanship during this eventful week—designed not only as a shopping opportunity but as a celebration—Amazon involved comedians Filippo Caccamo and Giada Parisi. They visited three notable companies: Amoroses in Brescia (specializing in floral compositions), Saga Gioielli in Conversano (creating jewelry through modern design blended with traditional techniques), and Pasticceria Fraccaro 1932 in Castelfranco Veneto (producing classic baked goods). Their experiences will be shared through their Instagram channels so audiences can learn about artisanal processes behind these unique brands.

Amazon strives to be Earth’s most customer-focused company while being recognized as an excellent employer offering safe workplaces; it provides services such as online shopping platforms across many sectors including cloud computing and streaming entertainment according to its official website.
