Amazon MGM Studios received 24 nominations for the 2025 Emmy Awards, with several of its original series and films recognized across various categories. The nominations highlight the studio’s presence in both drama and unscripted television.

The Boys led Prime Video’s nominations, receiving four nods including one for Giancarlo Esposito’s guest role as Stan Edgar. The show also won three Creative Arts Emmys: Outstanding Stunt Performance, Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics, and Outstanding Stunt Coordination for Drama Programming. Étoile earned two nominations, winning Outstanding Choreography for Scripted Programming and securing a nomination for Outstanding Casting for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

Other Amazon MGM Studios productions nominated include The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Outstanding Special Visual Effects), Invincible (Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for Steven Yeun), Octopus! (Outstanding Narrator for Phoebe Waller-Bridge), Pop Culture Jeopardy! (Outstanding Host for a Game Show for Colin Jost), Secret Level (Outstanding Sound Editing for an Animated Program), and I Am: Celine Dion (Exceptional Merit in Documentary Filmmaking).

MGM-produced shows such as Survivor, The Voice, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Shark Tank also received nominations this year.

The 77th Emmy Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on September 14 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Creative Arts Emmys were awarded earlier on September 6 and 7.

Prime Video subscribers can stream several of these nominated titles directly on the platform. Additional Emmy-nominated series from other networks—such as HBO Max’s The Last of Us and Hacks, Apple TV+’s Severance, and Paramount+’s Lioness—are available through add-on subscriptions within Prime Video’s app.

Amazon plans to expand its theatrical film releases next year with titles like “The Accountant 2,” “Mercy,” and “Verity.” The company continues to position Prime Video as a key entertainment hub offering access to a wide range of premium programming across multiple devices.
