GreenPal has introduced a platform designed to connect homeowners with lawn care professionals through an online community. This service leverages the internet and mobile applications to facilitate the hiring process.

According to GreenPal, their app is “the easiest way to connect with lawn care professionals in moments.” The application allows users to manage their ongoing relationships with service providers, streamlining the entire process.

The app is accessible on both computers and smartphones, available for Android and Apple users. Homeowners can sign up quickly by creating a lawn profile, setting a desired date for their first cut, and sending out requests for bids from local lawn care providers.

Once a request is made, it is sent to a network of pre-qualified professionals who submit competitive prices. In most markets, homeowners can receive up to five bids within 24 hours. Users can then review these bids along with community rating scores before selecting their preferred provider.

GreenPal offers a rating system where homeowners can leave reviews of the services received. “Every time a lawn care professional provides services, the homeowner can rate their service,” states GreenPal. This feature helps new users assess potential providers based on previous ratings.

Payment for services is facilitated through the app as well. After receiving a photo of the completed work, payment can be sent immediately or automatically processed two days after service completion.

GreenPal claims that even those managing properties out of state can easily hire professionals using their platform. The company highlights its efforts in building relationships with top lawn care professionals nationwide.

In conclusion, GreenPal aims to simplify finding and hiring lawn care professionals via an intuitive app that offers competitive pricing and community ratings alongside a user-friendly payment system.
