PARIS — Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Bouygues have entered a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation within Bouygues’ various sectors, including construction, energies and services, media, and telecoms. This collaboration will enhance cloud adoption across the Equans network, Bouygues Telecom, and TF1 by using artificial intelligence to improve operations and support growth.

As part of this partnership, AWS and Equans will introduce LegalAize, a generative AI application utilizing Anthropic’s Claude through Amazon Bedrock. LegalAize is designed to aid in contract legal analysis for Equans’ project management teams.

TF1, a media subsidiary of Bouygues, is also collaborating with AWS on cloud-based solutions to optimize production workflows and improve the TF1+ streaming platform. The migration of video distribution workloads to AWS will be expedited as well.

The partnership will emphasize digital transformation in the construction industry by identifying areas where cloud technology can provide significant value throughout the construction lifecycle.

Marie-Luce Godinot from Bouygues stated that “digital innovation is crucial for Bouygues” to maintain leadership in their sectors. Julien Groues from AWS expressed gratitude for the trust shown by Bouygues and emphasized combining AWS technologies with Amazon’s consumer experience for sustainable growth.

This agreement builds on previous collaborations between Bouygues group and Amazon over recent years. Future opportunities with Amazon will continue to be explored by the group.
