Amazon’s services, Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment, are playing a significant role in helping direct-to-consumer brands meet the expectations of today’s shoppers. These services offer brands tools to enhance customer experiences by providing fast delivery, easy returns, and reliable checkout processes directly on their websites.

Buy with Prime is designed to boost conversion rates and strengthen shopper loyalty by allowing U.S.-based Prime members to enjoy Amazon’s trusted benefits on participating brands’ sites. This service has already been adopted by retailers such as Fossil, Laura Mercier, and Gabb. Meanwhile, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment helps brands streamline logistics using Amazon’s fulfillment network for efficient order processing across e-commerce channels.

The combination of these services offers brands a competitive edge by merging trusted shopping experiences with streamlined operations. Several growing brands have successfully leveraged these solutions to expand their reach and build customer trust.

bareMinerals has reported a 60% increase in shopper conversion and a 40% rise in revenue per site visitor since adopting Buy with Prime. “Buy with Prime really adds that level of credibility because of the trust that consumers have with Prime,” said Carney Nir, Vice President of Ecommerce & Digital Experience at bareMinerals.

Carbone Fine Food has used Buy with Prime to enhance its direct-to-consumer shopping experience. The brand saw increased visibility and sales when it launched its Spicy Vodka sauce on Prime Day in July 2023. Gabb has also benefited from offering Buy with Prime across its product line, improving operational efficiency through seamless integration via the Buy with Prime API.

Beachwaver has integrated Buy with Prime to provide customers a convenient shopping experience while using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for reliable delivery during peak periods. Epic Water Filters combines both services to scale efficiently while maintaining high service levels. “Leveraging Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment has meant that, from day one, we’ve never felt small,” said Oliver Crane, Chief Operating Officer at Epic Water Filters.

These examples highlight how Amazon’s commerce and fulfillment solutions are enabling brands to grow their businesses while meeting evolving consumer demands for convenience and reliability.
