When asked for career advice for other women, she emphasized the importance of finding one’s niche: “Find your niche, find out what you are really good at and enjoy doing. Once you figure that out, find your people. If you ever feel like a square peg trying to fit into a circle, that’s not your circle.”
She also offered encouragement based on her own career journey: “Just because the path is a bit different than you envisioned, that doesn’t mean you won’t succeed. Keep going!”
Additionally, she shared her favorite career quote: “If you’re the smartest person in the room, find a bigger room.” She believes this emphasizes the importance of continuous learning.
