Enclave Coworking announced the opening of its third Washington, D.C.-area location in Union Market on Monday, July 6, at 1309 5th St NE above the Union Market food hall.

Union Market in Washington, D.C., now includes a coworking space among its mix of shops, art studios, music venues, restaurants, and apartments. Enclave Union Market provides professionally designed workspaces for executives, small businesses, and others needing privacy. It also offers a business lounge for hybrid workers seeking a change of scenery. Lounge access begins at $120 per month, while private offices start at $900 per month. The location is situated above the Union Market food hall and offers proximity to one of the city’s most active and culturally diverse districts, according to Enclave Coworking.

This marks Enclave’s 20th location and third in the D.C. area. The company also operates 14 spaces in the Chicago region. Amenities at Union Market include phone and meeting rooms, high-speed internet, printing services, monitor storage, and complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and soft drinks. Members who join in August will receive one month free for offices and reduced rates for lounge access. According to Enclave Coworking, the space benefits from the neighborhood’s walkability, public transit access, and steady activity from the food hall below.

“I’ve seen firsthand how Union Market brings together some of the most creative and driven people in D.C. From VCs to interior designers, this area is bustling with all types of industries,” said Jake Ganey, General Manager for the DMV. “Opening a coworking space here gives professionals a place to connect, collaborate, and thrive in the heart of the city’s most inspiring neighborhood,” he added.

Enclave Coworking was founded in 2020 to provide workspaces and social lounges for suburban professionals. The company offers a range of environments from business lounges to private offices catering to freelancers, corporate professionals, and parents seeking a productive workspace close to home. Its mission is to redefine working from home by offering a professional setting without the commute.
