Fertitta Entertainment operates about 600 locations nationwide, including well-known brands such as Golden Nugget Casinos, Morton’s Steakhouse, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Rainforest Café.

Amazon Business provides Fertitta Entertainment with access to a wide selection of products and a global logistics network that includes hundreds of thousands of suppliers. This partnership is expected to streamline purchasing processes and create a more flexible supply chain with faster delivery.

Rick Liem, Chief Financial Officer for Fertitta Entertainment, said, “Our locations really embraced adding Amazon Business to their purchasing process. It’s helped us keep up with demand as we grow and respond quickly to urgent needs without losing sight of our budget. We’re able to get what we need quickly, stay organized, and make smarter decisions with our spending.”

Amazon Business offers features such as multi-user accounts, custom approval workflows, tax-exempt purchasing options, and consolidated invoicing. These tools are designed to simplify procurement for organizations ranging from small startups to large corporations.

Brenda Spoonemore, Vice President at Amazon Business, stated: “Whether it’s a steakhouse in Chicago or a casino floor in Vegas, operations don’t pause for backorders. With Amazon Business, Fertitta Entertainment can get what it needs, when it needs it.”

The service also uses technology from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and includes AI-powered analytics tools intended to help businesses optimize their buying decisions and align purchases with company goals through features like Guided Buying.

Amazon Business reports over $35 billion in annualized gross sales and serves more than eight million customers worldwide. Its customer base includes major corporations listed on the Fortune 100, FTSE 100, and DAX-40 indices.

Fertitta Entertainment is based in Houston and is led by Tilman Fertitta. The company owns assets across gaming, hospitality, restaurants, real estate—including the NBA’s Houston Rockets—and other investments.
