FICO has announced a new strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance digital transformation efforts for businesses. This partnership builds on the existing relationship between the two companies, aiming to advance AI-driven, automated decision workflows through the FICO Platform, which operates on AWS.

The agreement will see FICO increase its involvement in AWS partner programs to promote client adoption of the FICO Platform. Additionally, FICO solutions will be accessible via AWS Marketplace Private Offers. The AWS Marketplace is a digital catalog that simplifies finding, testing, buying, and deploying software on AWS.

FICO Decision Modeler, an advanced decision management system at the core of the FICO Platform, is now available in AWS Marketplace. Alexandre Graff, Vice President of Global Partners & Alliances at FICO, stated: “Customers and partners worldwide benefit from our solutions powered by AWS.” He highlighted collaborative solution development efforts through initiatives like the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center.

Financial institutions such as Westpac NZ are already leveraging the FICO Platform on AWS for business initiatives. Regan Goble from Westpac NZ noted that using the platform has allowed them to adopt a more strategic approach to customer account management.

Scott Mullins from AWS commented: “FICO’s decision management solutions provide customers with powerful tools for making data-driven financial decisions.” He emphasized how availability in AWS Marketplace simplifies procurement while offering security and scalability benefits.

This collaboration emphasizes the combined value of FICO and AWS in delivering flexible solutions across industries. More information can be found on their website.
