GreenPal announced on May 3 that its platform allows landlords and property investors to manage lawn care services for five or more properties using a single app. The company said this service aims to streamline the process of scheduling, tracking, and paying for landscaping work across different locations.

This development is important for commercial property owners who often face challenges coordinating with multiple contractors and handling manual invoicing. GreenPal’s solution is designed to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks by offering features such as recurring scheduling, automated payments, and job completion photos within one dashboard.

The company said that traditional methods of hiring lawn care providers can be complicated when managing several properties in different cities. According to GreenPal, its platform addresses issues like balancing multiple contractors, keeping track of invoices, maintaining consistent quality standards, and avoiding scheduling conflicts. The app also enables users to compare bids from various providers and review their reliability scores before making a selection.

GreenPal highlighted that its integrated dashboard allows each property to be managed separately while still providing centralized access. “Within the GreenPal app, you’ll see each property as a separate block, along with all other details about the services it receives,” the release said. Users can schedule recurring services such as weekly or bi-weekly mowing without needing regular oversight or on-site presence.

Payments are processed through credit card transactions in the app after job completion photos are uploaded by service providers. Communication between clients and contractors happens through an internal messaging system unless both parties prefer another method.

The company noted that pricing remains competitive due to marketplace bidding among contractors on the platform. For example, average lawn mowing prices vary by region: Gainesville averages $39 per mow while Portland averages $37 per mow.

Looking ahead, GreenPal encourages business owners to thoroughly vet service providers using reviews and project photos available in-app. The company suggests being clear about expectations and maintaining open communication with landscapers for best results.
