Helium 10 ended its 7-day free trial of the Diamond plan, but users can still access a free-forever plan with limited features, according to an April 3 announcement.

The change affects new and prospective users seeking advanced Amazon seller tools at no cost. While the temporary full-access trial is discontinued, Helium 10 continues to offer a basic tier that allows sellers to explore product research and keyword capabilities without payment or credit card information.

According to the update, Helium 10’s previous short-term promotion granted new users complete access to all Diamond plan features for seven days. That offer has now expired. The current free plan gives limited use of core tools such as Black Box (five uses), Xray (ten uses), Listing Analyzer (two uses), and others. Users may connect one Amazon seller account and utilize some Chrome extension functions under this tier.

Features like Magnet or Cerebro keyword research tools, Market Tracker, Helium 10 Ads, multi-user login options, and certain add-ons remain exclusive to paid subscriptions. The company notes that once usage caps are reached on the free plan’s included tools, upgrading is required for continued access.

Helium 10 offers three paid plans: Platinum ($129/month), Diamond ($359/month), and Enterprise ($1,499/month). Annual discounts are available for Platinum and Diamond plans only; Enterprise is billed annually without further reduction. Coupon codes DEMANDSAGE10 or DEMANDSAGE20 can provide up to a 20% discount on subscriptions.

A customer service representative confirmed that a seven-day money-back guarantee remains in place for first-time paying customers despite recent changes in policy. Over four million Amazon and Walmart sellers reportedly use Helium 10’s services.
