Instacart has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, covering the period ending June 30. The company published these results in its shareholder letter, which is available on Instacart’s Investor Relations website at https://investors.instacart.com/.

A conference call to discuss the quarterly results will be held by Instacart management today at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time). An audio webcast of this call can also be accessed through the Investor Relations site.
