Instacart to announce first quarter 2026 financial results on May 6

Instacart announced on April 9 that it will release its first quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

The company also said its management team will host a conference call to discuss the results at 5:30 a.m. Pacific Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time) on the same day. A live webcast of the call will be available through Instacart’s Investor Relations website, and a replay will be posted after the event concludes.

Instacart stated that it uses its Investor Relations website as one of its primary channels for sharing material nonpublic information and fulfilling disclosure requirements under Regulation FD. The company encouraged investors to monitor this site along with press releases, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, public conference calls, webcasts, and Instacart’s blog for updates.

According to Instacart, it is a grocery technology company working with more than 2,200 retail banners representing nearly 100,000 stores. The company provides ecommerce solutions, fulfillment services, in-store technology, artificial intelligence tools, and advertising products for partners through platforms such as Instacart Marketplace and Instacart Enterprise.

Maplebear Inc. is listed as Instacart’s registered corporate name.
