Janet has been recognized as the Agent of the Month by Liveops, Inc. for her performance and dedication in customer support. She achieved a 113.15% excess rate, a 25.1% three-minute rate, and handled more than 2,300 calls in May 2025. Janet also completed nearly 600 successful conversions during that month.

Janet began working with Liveops in April 2022 and values the flexibility of working from home, which allows her to spend more time with her family and care for her two rescue dogs. She previously supported insurance-related programs and now serves a new client at Liveops.

Reflecting on her approach to running a home-based business, Janet said: “Love what you do. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Be reliable, use your resources, and learn everything you can to make yourself more knowledgeable and more sure of yourself. Knowledge is power.”

Outside work, Janet is a mother of three daughters and soon-to-be grandmother of two. She enjoys spending time with her grandson and looks forward to welcoming her granddaughter. Janet finds motivation in her children and grandson.

She also pursues DIY projects such as plumbing, electrical work, crafting, sewing, building fireplaces, and fences. “YouTube is my go-to for everything,” she said.

Janet has fond memories of traveling to Hawaii—where she rode horseback through mountains overlooking the ocean—and Washington State’s Mount Rainier area.

If given another opportunity, Janet would choose to have lunch with her parents again to thank them for their sacrifices.

Aimee Matolka, senior manager of Agent Experience at Liveops who works closely with agents on best practices for independent home businesses and has personal experience as an agent herself, congratulated Janet on being named Agent of the Month.
