Each month, Liveops highlights an individual who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to customer support. For November 2025, the company has named Star Brown as Agent of the Month, citing her perseverance and dedication to supporting families.

Brown’s career in insurance began when she assisted a family member with paperwork, sparking her interest in the field. In her early twenties, she joined a major insurance organization and worked on statewide Medicare programs. According to Brown, it was not financial incentives that kept her engaged but rather the knowledge that people depend on ethical and informed support for important life decisions.

After exploring other careers—including a stint operating trains—Brown returned to insurance. She regained her license and worked in sales before joining Liveops in 2011. The flexibility of working from home allowed her to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments, including caring for her father after he suffered a stroke.

Following a period away from work due to family needs, Brown returned to Liveops with renewed perspective. She now provides services for a national insurance provider through the company’s platform.

Brown describes Liveops as “a foundation built on commitment, trust, and support that shows up in certification, resources, the agent community, ARAs, and the quality of programs.” She added: “Helping people who depend on us for their lives and medical needs is the true value of this work.” Brown also said: “Liveops built a foundation that has no crack in sight. You see it in the community, the program support, and the partners.” She concluded: “I will never be convinced that the grass could be greener anywhere other than my home office.”

She noted how personal experience shaped her approach; she lost both parents within three days—one had life insurance coverage while the other did not—which underscored for her how quickly families can face financial hardship.

Working from home daily with clients seeking security for their families has become central to Brown’s mission. Her focus remains on education and consistent service delivery.

Liveops stated its pride in recognizing Star Brown as Agent of the Month and commended her example of service-driven purpose.
