Liveops outlined on Mar. 26 the advantages of outsourcing lead generation and procurement, stating that this approach can help revenue-focused sales teams maintain quality, consistency, and control while managing costs.

The company said that as organizations face pressure to move faster and engage more prospects without sacrificing customer experience or increasing expenses, many are rethinking their approach to top-of-funnel outreach and operational support. Liveops noted that combining outsourced lead generation with procurement and sales outsourcing services can create a more connected growth engine.

According to Liveops, internal sales teams often spend significant time on administrative tasks such as building lists or following up on low-intent leads. Outsourcing these functions allows skilled sellers to focus on building relationships and closing deals. The company said dedicated external teams can follow structured workflows and maintain consistent follow-up across channels, which is especially helpful for businesses with lean internal resources or fluctuating demand.

Liveops highlighted findings from Salesforce’s 2026 State of Sales report, which indicated that 94% of sales leaders using AI agents believe these tools are critical for meeting business demands. The report also found that AI-supported organizations use technology to improve prospect engagement, customer retention, and planning. Similarly, PwC’s 2024 Digital Procurement Survey showed that cost control is a top priority for 65% of procurement departments as they balance digital transformation efforts.

The company also referenced HubSpot’s 2024 State of Service report in stating that more than half of CRM leaders say customers expect problem resolution within three hours or less. Additionally, McKinsey’s 2024 B2B Pulse research found buyers increasingly expect better coordination across channels from vendors.

Liveops concluded by emphasizing the importance of choosing the right outsourcing partner—one aligned with a company’s messaging and goals—to ensure improvements in responsiveness and pipeline support. The company stated its own services help organizations extend capacity while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
