Shipt announced on April 24 that it will host a one-day immersive pop-up event, “Special Delivery: No Ordinary Pop-Up,” in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood on April 25. The free event is designed to showcase how everyday deliveries play a role in important moments for customers.

The pop-up aims to bring Shipt’s new brand platform, “No Order Is Ordinary,” into a real-world setting. The company said the experience will include artistic displays featuring items from daily routines and meals, emphasizing the significance of each delivery.

A VIP preview opened the event, featuring Shipt partner Sterling K. Brown and lifestyle expert Ally Love. During this session, Brown joined Chief Marketing Officer Alia Kemet for a conversation moderated by Love. They discussed how delivery services fit into daily life and support both routines and special occasions. Kemet said, “This pop-up showcases this campaign and makes it clear that items in an order matter so much to Shipt because the people who order them matter. The team literally took items that build our daily meals and routines and turned them into art. What an exciting day for our brand– from the inspiring conversation with Sterling and Ally to the stunning backdrop of our ‘Special Delivery’ pop-up space, I am so proud of the way our brand’s story is told throughout this immersive environment.”

In addition to highlighting its services, Shipt used the occasion to reaffirm its ongoing commitment to community initiatives such as Feeding America. The company noted its contributions exceeding $2.5 million toward summer hunger programs, local food systems support, and disaster response efforts over several years.

To further support Feeding America during this initiative, Shipt announced it would donate $10 for every social media post using #ShiptGivesBack and tagging their official account between April 24-25, up to $50,000 with a limit of one post per person.
