Shipt announced on Mar. 23 a new brand platform called “No Order Is Ordinary,” featuring actor Sterling K. Brown as its first chief storyteller. The campaign aims to highlight the personal stories and emotional value behind everyday items delivered through Shipt’s same-day service.

The initiative underscores the role of same-day delivery in supporting daily routines for many members, emphasizing that even simple orders are central to meaningful moments in customers’ lives. According to internal data from Shipt, more than 40 percent of its members place three or more orders each month, showing how integral the service is for activities ranging from family dinners to last-minute school projects.

As part of this campaign, Brown will appear in national advertisements and social media content that showcase real-life scenarios where Shipt deliveries help create memorable experiences. “This partnership with Shipt continues to be a natural extension of myself and my own way of living in the world,” said Sterling K. Brown. “I’ve always believed that our lives are really made up of the everyday moments — whether it’s cooking breakfast for your family on a Saturday morning or helping kids with a last-minute school project. I know that for my family and me, Shipt elevates those moments for us, not only delivering same day, but shopping in the same way I would.”

Brown’s involvement represents a year-long commitment focused on sharing stories about what makes everyday deliveries significant—including his own selections of essential household items.

Alia Kemet, chief marketing officer for Shipt, said: “This platform is rooted in what we know our members value most: the care and connections that define their lives. In an increasingly transactional category, Shipt’s differentiator is a more human experience with technology, one built on care and connection, as well as convenience.”

Alongside this launch is an updated brand identity designed to better connect with consumers during their shopping experience on Shipt’s platform.
