Survey reveals high satisfaction among robot mower owners

Robot lawn mowers are gaining popularity as they offer convenience and efficiency in maintaining lawns. A recent survey of 110 robot mower owners sought to gauge their satisfaction with these devices on a scale from 1 to 10. The results showed high levels of satisfaction: 39 respondents rated their experience as a perfect 10, while another 22 gave it a score of nine.

Key features praised by users include GPS navigation, remote control via smartphone apps, and automated scheduling. Among the popular models mentioned were the Luba LUBA 2 AWD 1000, Husqvarna AUTOMOWER 115H, and Greenworks Optimow 50H.

The Luba LUBA 2 AWD 1000 was noted for its perimeter wire-free setup and all-wheel-drive system suitable for challenging terrains. One owner highlighted its capabilities: “Hey, Alexa, the lawn needs to be mowed.” This model supports voice commands but comes at a higher price point starting around $2,000.

The Husqvarna AUTOMOWER 115H was appreciated for its affordability and ease of setup. A user stated: “I didn’t find set up difficult… More time with family, less time on the lawn.” This model starts at $699 and can handle slopes up to a 30 percent grade.

Similarly designed for sloped lawns is the Greenworks Optimow 50H which covers areas up to half an acre with adjustable cutting heights.

Robot mowers provide several benefits such as saving time through programmable timers that allow them to operate autonomously. They work quietly without disturbing neighbors due to low-decibel operation levels. Additionally, many models incorporate anti-theft measures including alarms and GPS tracking systems ensuring peace of mind for owners concerned about security.
