Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Veeva Systems have announced an expansion of their decade-long collaboration. Veeva, a provider of software and data for the life sciences industry, will continue to use AWS as the cloud infrastructure for its Veeva Vault applications, including the Veeva Vault CRM Suite. This suite, along with over 50 other applications and data offerings like Veeva Compass and Veeva CRM Pulse, benefits from AWS’s security, performance, and scalability.

Veeva is expanding its use of AWS infrastructure to scale its software and data offerings globally. Last year, Veeva introduced the Vault CRM Service Center in its CRM Suite. This service center integrates Amazon Connect to enhance customer experience through self-service and telephony features. The integration aims to support life sciences customers’ needs in contact center operations.

AWS has recently joined Veeva’s AI Partner program to support evolving industry needs and contribute to Veeva’s AI strategy. Avril England, executive vice president of product management at Veeva, expressed satisfaction with AWS’s performance over the past decade: “We are pleased with the performance, efficiency, and innovation from AWS over the past decade.”

Willem Visser, vice president of EC2 at AWS, highlighted their role in supporting Veeva’s technology transformation: “For over a decade, AWS has supported Veeva’s technology transformation.”

AWS offers more than 240 services across various domains such as compute, storage, databases, networking, analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), mobile security hybrid media application development deployment management.

Both companies emphasize their commitment to providing innovative solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining high levels of security and compliance.
