Henshaw, former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor and Director for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Janet DiFiore, former Chief Judge of New York Court of Appeals, have joined the esteemed group.

Henshaw and DiFiore bring a wealth of knowledge to the Safety Advisory Board, with backgrounds in worker health and safety, criminal justice reform, and community engagement. Henshaw, in his role at OSHA, focused on ensuring worker safety and health in the United States by collaborating with employers and employees to improve working conditions. On the other hand, DiFiore's experience as Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals in New York highlights her expertise in legal interpretations and decisions at the highest level.
