Nickel Boys, a drama produced by Amazon MGM Studios, is now available for streaming on Prime Video. Directed by RaMell Ross and co-written with Joslyn Barnes, the film adapts Colson Whitehead's 2019 Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, The Nickel Boys. The movie received nominations for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay at the 97th Academy Awards.

The film can be purchased on Prime Video in UHD, HD, and SD formats for $19.99. It is accessible to all customers without requiring a Prime membership.

Ethan Herisse and Brandon Wilson lead the cast as Elwood and Turner, two Black teenagers sent to Nickel Academy in 1960s Tallahassee. This institution draws inspiration from the Dozier School for Boys, known for its history of abuse. Supporting roles are filled by Hamish Linklater, Fred Hechinger, Daveed Diggs, Jimmie Fails, and Oscar nominee Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor.

Additionally, Prime Video is set to release another drama titled House of David on February 27 featuring Michael Iskander and Stephen Lang.
