Grubhub has announced a partnership with Nash to enhance its delivery capabilities across the United States. The collaboration aims to provide merchants with expanded access to Grubhub's delivery options, improving efficiency and customer service. Nash, known for its digital infrastructure in delivery orchestration, will help Grubhub process thousands of orders weekly.

The integration of Nash’s technology allows Grubhub to meet the growing demand for food delivery by offering end-to-end management solutions. These include AI-powered support agents, live tracking, and branded updates. This approach simplifies operations for merchants who balance internal fleets and third-party providers.

Stephanie Grammel, Director of Integrations & Solutions at Grubhub, stated that partnering with Nash strengthens their offerings while maintaining reliable service for both merchants and diners. "We’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reach, and this partnership is a big step forward," she said.

The partnership began in February and was expanded nationwide by March. Mahmoud Ghulman, Co-Founder and CEO of Nash, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration's potential benefits for restaurants and retailers.

Grubhub and Nash plan to highlight their partnership at the Food On Demand Conference from May 5-7 in Las Vegas.

Grubhub operates as a major U.S. ordering and delivery marketplace featuring over 375,000 merchants in more than 4,000 cities. Meanwhile, Nash provides logistics orchestration solutions across various sectors including food delivery.
