Uber has announced a new partnership with Delta Air Lines, allowing SkyMiles members to earn airline miles on eligible Uber rides and Uber Eats orders through linked accounts. This initiative was detailed in a press release by the company.

According to Uber Newsroom, the collaboration with Delta Air Lines aims to enhance the travel experience for SkyMiles members by enabling them to earn miles on eligible services. The partnership underscores Uber's commitment to providing value-added services to its users.

As detailed in Delta's official announcement, SkyMiles members can earn 1 mile per dollar spent on UberX rides to and from airports, 2 miles per dollar on premium rides such as Uber Comfort and Uber Black, and 3 miles per dollar on Uber Reserve trips. Additionally, members earn 1 mile per dollar on Uber Eats restaurant and grocery orders over $40. To start earning, users must link their Delta SkyMiles and Uber accounts via delta.com/uber.

This initiative is part of Delta's broader strategy to enhance customer loyalty through seamless travel experiences.
