Airbnb has announced a collaboration with the Emmy-winning series Chef’s Table to launch five new Airbnb Originals experiences, each hosted by renowned chefs in major cities around the world. The initiative aims to offer guests unique culinary and cultural journeys that are only available through Airbnb.

The lineup features award-winning chefs Jamie Oliver in London, Chris Bianco in Los Angeles, Elena Reygadas in Mexico City, Atsushi Tanaka in Paris, and Justin Lee in Seoul. Each chef will host an experience designed to immerse participants in local food traditions and provide hands-on learning opportunities.

These new offerings join existing Chef’s Table experiences on Airbnb, such as masterclasses at Koya in London and mezcal tastings with James Beard winner Ali Kurshat Altinsoy in Mexico City. The average price for these experiences is $200 per guest.

“Together, we’re taking Chef’s Table and its signature storytelling beyond the screen and bringing it into the real world,” said Airbnb Chief Business Officer, Dave Stephenson. “It’s not just the best way to learn about a place’s cultural heritage through food but also to experience it with some of the most famous chefs shaping it.”

“Chef’s Table has been sharing important culinary stories on Netflix for the last decade, and we’ve long dreamed of finding a way for people to experience them first-hand,” said Chef’s Table Projects President, Justin Connor. “We’re excited to partner with Airbnb to bring this vision to life – curating immersive culinary experiences around the world for guests to discover regional food culture and step into the story.”

Bookings open Thursday, September 18 at 9am local time. The five new experiences include:

- Pasta Making with Jamie Oliver in London: Guests will participate in a pasta-making masterclass led by Oliver and tour his TV studio.

- History of Pizza with Chris Bianco in Los Angeles: Participants will tour Pizzeria Bianco and enjoy a four-course meal followed by a Q&A session.

- Hands-on Baking with Elena Reygadas in Mexico City: Attendees will bake signature recipes at Panadería Rosetta under Reygadas’ guidance.

- Culinary Artistry with Atsushi Tanaka in Paris: Guests will have a five-course dinner at Restaurant A.T., including a live plating demonstration.

- The Art of Plated Dessert with Justin Lee in Seoul: This session includes dessert making techniques, kitchen tours, and an interactive Q&A.

These events aim to connect travelers more deeply with local cultures through direct interaction with leading figures from the global culinary scene.
