Grubhub has announced a new partnership with Burq, a company specializing in last-mile logistics. This collaboration will allow thousands of Burq’s merchants to access Grubhub’s same-day delivery network across the United States.
The integration enables merchants using Burq’s platform to streamline their delivery operations and utilize a fleet that completes millions of deliveries each month. These services cover several categories, including food, groceries, flowers, and auto parts.
Merchants on the Burq platform now have access to real-time quotes and reliable fulfillment through Grubhub. The service also offers competitive pricing, which is designed to provide cost savings for lower-cost deliveries. Eligible merchants in supported industries and markets can access these features without additional setup requirements.
“Partnering with Grubhub strengthens our network and gives merchants more flexibility, coverage, and confidence in every delivery,” said Salman Habib, Co-founder of Burq. “It’s about simplifying delivery, scaling smarter, and making life easier for the businesses we serve.”
Managing multiple providers while meeting consumer expectations remains a challenge for many merchants. This partnership aims to address those issues by offering an integrated solution.
“We know managing delivery today can be complicated – that’s why we’re excited to partner with Burq. Their platform makes it easier for merchants to customize workflows, automate fulfillment, and offer real-time delivery options,” said Stephanie Grammel, Director of Integrations & Solutions at Grubhub. “Through this partnership, Burq’s merchants can now tap into Grubhub’s trusted nationwide delivery network — without sacrificing the flexibility and control they need to run their business on their terms.”
Following a successful pilot program, the expanded delivery service will soon be available nationwide for all Burq merchants operating in U.S. markets where Grubhub is present. Both companies plan to continue improving efficiency and expanding merchant access as the partnership grows.
Grubhub operates as part of Wonder Group and connects customers with local restaurants and retailers in over 4,000 cities across the country.
