Airbnb has announced a partnership with K-pop group SEVENTEEN to offer a range of fan experiences in Los Angeles during the group's upcoming 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN U.S.' on October 16 and 17. These events are designed to bring fans closer to the band by connecting them with notable figures from the Los Angeles K-pop scene.
The collaboration builds on the earlier SEVENTEEN 10th Anniversary Airbnb Experience in Seoul, which was launched this year. The new offerings in Los Angeles have been developed together with HYBE and PLEDIS Entertainment. As part of its role as main partner for SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] THE CITY LOS ANGELES, Airbnb will present various programs giving guests access to different aspects of K-pop culture. There are also plans for additional experiences ahead of SEVENTEEN’s Tokyo concert scheduled for December 11-12.
Among the activities available, fans can participate in a dance session led by Alexa Woo (Lex), a well-known K-pop choreographer. According to Airbnb, "Guests will be guided step by step through idol-style choreography, drills, and stage presence directly from someone who helps shape the moves behind today’s biggest groups. The session ends with a group performance filmed in true 'dance challenge' style, perfect for sharing on TikTok or Instagram."
Another experience features Jessica Song, Director of Celebrity Hair and stylist to K-pop idols. "Guests will explore trending K-pop hairstyles, learn about the accessories and details that complete an idol-inspired look, and receive hands-on styling from Jessica and her team," Airbnb stated. Fans will leave with hairstyles intended to last through concert activities.
There is also an official SEVENTEEN welcome party hosted by Korean-American rapper Dumbfoundead and featuring DJ HOWMINI from Seoul. Airbnb described it as "a rare hybrid format where the artists will trade sets and fuse live performance with beats, bringing together the global K-pop community." Bookings for this event open September 30 at 6:00PM PT.
Prices for these themed experiences range from $50 to $180.
In addition to these exclusive events, local LA Airbnb Experiences reimagined with a SEVENTEEN theme will be available from October 12-18. A curated guide provides more information about these offerings and upcoming Tokyo experiences later in the year.
Fans booking either SEVENTEEN-themed Originals or select local experiences—or those staying at an Airbnb property in California between October 1-17—may qualify for a special package including twelve SEVENTEEN ‘passphotos’ and an Airbnb passport. Packages can be picked up at the Los Angeles concert venue.
Airbnb emphasized its variety of accommodation options across Los Angeles, allowing guests flexibility whether they wish to stay near concert venues or elsewhere in the city. Guests can also book services such as personal chefs or trainers during their stay.
Outside these specific offerings, SEVENTEEN plans further engagement throughout Los Angeles as part of HYBE’s “THE CITY” project. The initiative aims to turn the city into what organizers call a “living map,” using artist-related intellectual property at iconic locations across Los Angeles to deepen connections between fans, performers, and the city itself.
